The customer services was very good. They Couldn’t do enough to help, the location was perfect, very close to restaurants and bars and a short walk to river boats, open top bus and citadel.

The staff at the door & reception were super friendly & helpful. Check in was easy. The room was fabulous. Clean, airy & very comfortable. We have a river facing room & that he view was outstanding.

Good location and tasty breakfast. Big rooms with super comfortable bed. We loved the flower arrangement for our honeymoon.

Good hotel. Room nice, we had one with a balcony and view of the river and mountains. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast selection amazing, especially if you want to eat lots of variety. We had spa treatment which were very good.

Location near many restaurants, literally across the street from where the Battle of Huê was fought during the 1968 Tet Offensive, breakfast buffet foods and location, friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge of staff, nearby amenities. View from riverside rooms , balcony.

Good location and clean rooms, security team were great and looked after our motorbike well. Nice little pool and handy cafe next to reception.

Comfortable room and bed. Beautiful hotel. Good breakfast and room service. Staff were very responsible to a minor issue with the room.

Very spacious room, clean and big bathroom (with a bath too) honestly was only there for a bed as I booked last minute but the pool looked nice had I stayed longer. Breakfast was also really good!

The staff were great and super friendly. The facility was good. However….the wifi was too bad I have to use 3G all the time.
